We have accumated thousands of clients over the years - many of them still return for other services or refer us on to their friends and family. These clients span from important institutions - i.e TV production to archival requests from museums for example. F
ilm cleaning
The years have proved to us that all films need to be really well cleaned! We use professional tools to carefully hand-clean your film. This process involves feeding the film through special soft cloths moistened by the cleaning solutions. We typically clean the film once - but more if needed. The cleaning process is designed to trap most dust and unwanted dirt particles.

Film Splice Renewal
Renewing your film's splices is extremely time-consuming and must be done with great care. We use professional studio tools to complete the splice. A splice renewal occurs when we find a broken splice (or missing leader) or a splice that needs replacing.

Recognising the difference between Standard 8 & Super-8
Before choosing you partner for 8mm Film to DVD Transfers. It's good to know what type of film you have. Standard 8 film has larger perforations at the edges of the film than Super 8 film. With Standard 8, the holes are almost square. In Super 8, the holes are elongated and narrower. The actual film spools are also different. With Standard 8, the centre hole of the film spool is also smaller than the centre hole of the Super 8 spool which measures to approximately 13 mm.
