What are the chances of Success when repairing the Disc?
The key thing that’s needed is patience as it depends on the nature of the damage and the type of scratches. It takes time to assess and fix such issues. This having been said, we fix over 80% of discs and we are very proud of our success rate at Supaphoto with damaged discs.
Would I still have to pay if you cannot recover recordings from the disc?
No – we don’t charge if we cannot recover material.
