A: Our standard turnaround time for cine reel digitisation is approximately three to six weeks, depending on the number and condition of your reels. If you need your converted films sooner, we also offer a Priority Service. Every order is processed carefully to ensure the best possible quality, and we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
A: If your cine reels are undeveloped, they’ll need to be processed by a specialist film lab before digitisation. Although standard film development for cine reels isn’t widely available anymore, there are still a few labs in the UK that can develop both Standard 8 and Super 8 film. Once developed, Supaphoto can take care of the cleaning, scanning and conversion process, ensuring your memories are digitised in stunning quality.
